• Vaccination records and applicable fees will be required

Application Instructions:
Applicants must contact CORE Residential Property Management directly to obtain the official application link prior to submitting any application. Applications submitted without invitation or through unauthorized sources will not be reviewed or considered.
In accordance with Colorado law, applicants may submit a portable tenant screening report (PTSR) that meets statutory requirements. If a compliant report is provided, no application fee will be charged, and no additional screening report will be required.
Applicants may still be required to provide supplemental documentation reasonably necessary to verify qualification criteria, including but not limited to income, employment, and other application requirements not contained within the report.
