APARTMENTS AT MADDIE
Conveniently located on Greeley’s 8th Avenue, the Apartments at Maddie are setting the standard for upscale living in downtown Greeley’s newest Maddie neighborhood. Featuring 221 units across three buildings and anchored by distinctive restaurants... and shops, these studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences have been designed to retain Greeley’s historic charm while integrating fresh, upscale interior accents throughout. Applicant has the right to provide Apartments at Maddie with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Apartments at Maddie with a PTSR, Apartments at Maddie is prohibited from: a)charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Apartments at Maddie to access or use the PTSR.
The apartments are beautiful and modern. However, the other residents make this place a HORRIBLE place to live. Loud music, smells, drunk people hanging around in the hallways. We also had a homeless woman having a mental breakdown outside our window at 3am TWICE. We had to call the police. We know of other incidents from friends that have happened here and its crazy that they don't do anything to remedy bad situations. They can really care less about you. You're better going with another complex away from Downtown and not with this company.

We want all residents at the Apartments at Maddie to feel comfortable and safe in their homes. We understand how disruptive these situations can be and take your concerns very seriously. Awesome place!!!
My apartment is very nice, quiet with everything I need. I always have a place to park and snow removal has been done quickly which has been a huge relief.

Apartments at Maddie
I been here for since May. My experience has been amazing. Enjoyed the pool in the summer fun times. The lady's in the leasing office were helpful when I needed help. The maintenance crew were also helpful, and fixed my dryer the same day I put my work order in. Thank you for making my first apartment experience wonderful.

Really beautiful space!
Apartments are a great layout with NO carpet! Love that feature along with the huge kitchen. Also really appreciate the controlled access buildings.
