It’s like pulling teeth to get a response from any emails I send in to management when I have a problem and unfortunately in the year I’ve lived here, I’ve had a lot of problems with my unit and the building. Not having heat or ac for awhile, my vents making loud noises every night for over 4 months and being ignored, my outlets not working and taking 2 weeks to get an electrician out and not even being able to dry my hair or dry my clothes when other appliances are being used, etc. Everything... is always broken (like the hot tub for almost a year) the trash chutes, parking gates, pool, etc. with unkept promises of them being fixed in a timely manner. It just doesn’t seem to be well run or maintained and I know that’s not all on management but when they can’t even respond to me, that tells me they don’t really care. Chris and Kristin in the office are great and always respond to me and Eric and the maintenance team are great but my experience here has been super frustrating bc of constantly having to fight to get things fixed and constantly having to follow up just to get any sort of response to my emails. I’m not even here a lot bc I travel for work and I chose this building for the convenience to the train but I’m not sure if it’s worth putting up with everything else. As far as a response, they already know my frustrations and don’t seem to care so there’s really no need for anyone to contact me.
