About half way through my lease, water marks started appearing along my wall and floorboards and the floorboard starting getting soggy and coming apart. They were extremely unprofessional and it took weeks before they fixed the issue. Now at the end of my lease they are charging me because of it even though the maintenance man confirmed the water was from an outside of the apartment source. They also gave me a microwave with a broke ln handle and I have to pay for that too. Kay very obviously did not care in the slightest and was not helpful at all in the move out process and I now somehow have to pay for these issues. Don’t waste your time here.
